Our story
For 14 years we have baked in Batumi to the same recipes. We knead the dough by hand, take our cheese from local farms, and nothing is left over at the end of the day — everything is sold the same day it is baked.
Today we have two branches - on David Aghmashenebeli and on Pirosmani. The same rule applies in both: the oven is lit at five in the morning and the first khachapuri is on the counter by nine.
